Forward Priorities (2)
The remaining baseline requirements on the REC Portal will be prioritised for completion this year, allowing processes across our entire service to be optimised using digital technology. Reaching this milestone will allow us to move forward with further enhancement to the Portal, including optimisation of the User Experience and enhanced subscription/notification functionality to allow hyper-personalisation of communications.
A primary focus across the breadth of our service - impacting Performance Assurance, Change, Committees, Communications and Events, Stakeholder Management and more - will be supporting Parties with their readiness for CSS go-live in July 2022. We're developing a detailed engagement plan to ensure that you have all the information you need from us to be ready for REC V3.0.
There are many more elements of improvement that we plan to incorporate over the coming year, several of which we've covered in some detail throughout this report. They include development of a REC Wiki, further streamlining of the REC Change Process, and a more proactive approach to providing support through our Operational Account Managers.
