We explore how meeting documents can be accessed through the Committee Workspaces
We'll publish pre-meeting documents (including the agenda) five working days ahead of the meeting. The drafted meeting minutes will be available five working days after the meeting.
Additionally, a Headline Report of key decisions will be made available to all Portal Users the day after the meeting.
Meeting documents are available by selecting the meetings document tab from the Committee Workspace menu.
Meeting documents are sorted into folders by year and meeting date. Access a single document by clicking on the file name. Documents can be viewed by selecting the title. You can download a whole folder by checking the box on the left of the folder followed by the download button in the menu.
