We explore how you can access a record of actions assigned to Committee Members
The Live Actions Log is found on the Action Log tab within each Committee Workspace. It records each action with a unique reference number, description, owner and due date.
The Committee Secretary will ensure that any new actions raised within a meeting are uploaded onto the Live Actions Log within three days of the meeting.
If you have an action assigned to you on the Live Actions Log, you'll receive a Portal notification - keep an eye on the notification bell in the top right corner.
You can amend the status of any actions assigned to you - from Open to Completed (and back again if needed). Click on the arrow next to the status to update it.
We won't wait until a meeting to update the Live Actions Log - so a quick visit to this page will keep you up to speed with how matters are being managed outside of the meetings.
